Just a quick collection of tools that we’ve found really useful for new companies - basically cheap tools that help establish your company as professional and legitatment.
- Basecamp: The easiest way to interface with your clients and collaborate with your contracted employees.
- Freshbooks: Great way for time tracking (via a widget) and billing. Integrates with basecamp, supports recurring billing and will even physically mail out your invoices to clients.
- Skype: Keep the bills low - use Skype as much as possible.
- Uprinting: Cheap, high quality business cards (1,000 for about $40).
